Dan is originally from Grand Meadow, Minnesota, graduating from High School there in 1989. He started at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis, then attended Rochester Community College where he received an Associates in the Arts degree in 1992. He continued his education at Winona State University and graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in History/Pre-law.
Dan then attended William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated in 1997. He became a licensed attorney in Minnesota in October, 1997.
Dan joined the firm of Gullickson & Peterson, PLLP in 1999, and became a partner in 2000, with the firm becoming, Gullickson, Peterson & Ziebell, PLLP. He went solo with Ziebell Law in 2005.
Dan is very active in the community. He is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Exchange Club of Kasson-Mantorville, Treasurer/Secretary of the Dodge County Bar Association and active in his church, St. John’s Lutheran Church of Kasson, and involved with the St. John’s Lutheran Church Foundation. He was the President of the Kasson Chamber of Commerce.
During his free time, Dan likes to bowl, golf, watch baseball, and spend time with his children.
